In this luxurious practice, we begin reclined and wake up systematically, respectfully, and joyfully. This is the sort of practice you can do every single day for whole-body health. You’ll find an emphasis on holistic opening, core strength and spinal extension. Pinnacle moments include a big, high one-legged crow and kapotasana (eeek!), an advanced variation of the backbend camel. Room is given for exploration and discovery. The never-forgotten thread is peaceful awareness in the midst of corporeal motion.
