Hi Leigha, I just watched this and found it so great. Thank you! I thought my chaturanga was fairly tight, but this gave me so many little nuances to look out for and I will be working on those improvements going forward. I LOVE the idea of periodic workshops and would do my best to attend – depending on time zone differences. Really, every pose can be so beneficial to breakdown.
Also, I saw your call for the 200 hr YTT. I’m toying with the idea of completing my 300 hours now and am on the look out for options that work with an already very full schedule. If you have any recommendations, tips or if you are toying with eventually offering that, please let me know! Much love, Robin
A folding workshop maybe? As long as I’ve been practicing- and maybe this is because I’m so tall- I’m always doubting my folds. Cues like roll your sitz bones up and keep your low back flat, I don’t really feel in my body.
Wow, so SO helpful!!! I have a lot of new tips to practice. Thank you for posting this!!
So glad I finally got to!
Hi Leigha, thank you so much for the workshop. It helps me to reinforce what I know and realize what I have to work on. It also gives me ideas how to help my students. I watched this workshop right after practicing with you on of our 60 minutes videos.
Yes, it would be cool to have workshops like this every month, or as often as your time permits. Thank you!
One of the things I would like to know the shoulder, shoulder blades, elbow, chest, spine alignments in Cobra.
Thank you again, and have a wonderful day! also appreciate fellow LBY members asking questions, helped me to clarify some doubts in my mind. Thanks.
Excellent, Vicky. Thanks!
Hi Leigha, I m so sad that I was not able to join the workshop cause my work, so I m looking forward for the recording.

All my love

Well, you missed a tech snafu, so there’s that! The replay is up!

My total pleasure. Replay is up!
