Winding Up – 30 min flow

This is the energizing half of our practice. You’ll begin at the top of the mat, progressing into some core-supported work, an arm balance sequence (Crow > to Half-Titthibhasana > & then full Titthibhasana), and a challenging Forearm Stand variation (lowering to baby Crow). For some of you, Winding Down will provide the more serious challenge.
