Spinal rotation and hip opening feature prominently in this whole-body, continuously flowing class. It starts off somewhat slowly (well, respectfully) and then takes you into a meditatively paced, creative (but reasonable) challenge. 

Alternate Nostril Breath, Headstands, Grasshopper, Gomukasana, Fallen Triangle and more…

  1. As a market gardener the past months of intense work, especially planting, has given me such tight hips and back. This was a wonderful remedy for my sore muscles, so thank you Leigha! I need to work on my grasshopper, especially going in to it from that position! I loved the figure 4 headstands, fun and a challenge. Much love!
