Vishvamitra is a celebrated sage and seer of ancient India. He has said have written parts of the Rig Veda and the Gayatri Mantra, considered the most powerful mantra in the Vedic literature.This class prepares to do his namesake asana, an advanced variation of side plank and third series Ashtanga pose.
