Binds, headstands and twists comprise this creative, solid practice. Strong enough for a challenge. Not so strong it isn’t accessible. The 35-minute cut.

  1. this left me questions on bounding and leg weaving… is bounding possible with thick waist line and the weaving the legs seems to need long legs and with short legs perhaps not feasible at all??
