Twisted

Here we purify with twists and twists. Warm the spine and tone the center with rotating shapes like thread-the-needle, revolved triangle, revolved half moon, and revolving lunge. Take advantage of the warmth to access binds in revolving lunge and twisted scale. Play with a twisted transition from hands & knees to shoulder stand and another from shoulder stand to bridge. We do an arm balance: side crow and finish with wheel at the wall. Enjoy.
