Healing Hips AKA Yinyasa

Channel your inner monk for this one, which — despite a relatively slow pace — does deliver on some steamy site favs, like lotus-in-side-plank, as just one example. It might as well be called "Yinyasa." I had no idea it progressed so slowly until I took the class myself this week. Despite the unhurried pace, it manages to make the core work, gets you into an arm balance, and challenges your range of motion. Keep it in mind for when your outer hips and low back need some serious blood flow!
