Welcome

New class posted every Sunday

This week I offer something a little different:: I am really hearing those of you who need a 30-min option! That’s why I’ve recorded two shorter practices — one an energizing, workout-style class, the other a calm hip flexor release. //

To those who love the 60-min option best:: Don’t worry! I’ll continue to offer primarily 60-min flows w/ some 20-40-min options here and there for when you’re short on time. Have a great week, everyone!

Firm

Firm but oh so soft… This flow gets into your legs before stirring up whole-body heat and then capping it off with big hip and heart opening.

be Love

March 29, 2020

We share some sweet meditative intention setting to make room for what is, and then movement begins at around 5 mins. As the practice progresses, you’ll find binds, side planks, heart opening, and chances to get upside down — all in the context of creatively sequenced, smooth flow.

Peace

Aug 11, 2019

In this practice we remember what’s important — staying in touch with the ever-present peace within us. But don’t let the thumbnail fool you. We still move through a heat-building flow that includes postures like forearm stand with hanumanasana, rotated half moon w/ chapasana, wheel, fallen triangle, side plank with half lotus, pigeon and king pigeon, wheel with elbows down, foot behind the head and more.

Mushy Gushy

June 23, 2019

This is the type of well-rounded practice you can return to daily. It hits all the major asana groups: seated stretching and centering, surya namaskar warmups, standing asana including some of my favorites for really digging in — fallen triangle, peaceful warrior, wild thing.
