I really thought I’d never call a class “Juicy,” but that sums up how I felt when this practice was through.
This flow emphasizes balance and offers up some creative fare, like: neck ‘therapy’ to begin, feel-good flowing, and press practice for headstand, forearm stand and handstand.

Find a playful/challenging arm balance sequence & foot-behind-the-head PREP, with all of that fiery effort countered by a psoas release hold just shy of the 40-minute mark.

Culminating in kickover-from-wheel practice (your request!), this backbendy practice doesn’t skimp on other posture categories. In all, it’s a whole-body, mindful-movement flow that weaves in opportunities for chin stand, deep folds, balance poses, core work and outer hip opening.

Hop right to it in this steady, strong flow with lots to play with. The idea is to respectfully access deep inner reserves.
Expect: Locust vinyasas, side plank variations, balancing, eagle, koundinyasana arm balance, forearm stand, pincha, splits, wheel, drop back and stand up
