Beginning with kapalabhati breathing and a respectful opening, we move into a strong, heart-opening practice that takes advantage of this hemisphere’s warmth. Keeping in mind that there is no moment when yoga is not available, we move through challenging arm balance sequencing with hearts wide open and a childlike sense of play.

We share some sweet meditative intention setting to make room for what is, and then movement begins at around 5 mins. As the practice progresses, you’ll find binds, side planks, heart opening, and chances to get upside down — all in the context of creatively sequenced, smooth flow.
We reduce tension, breathe deeply, stretch the face, and draw awareness to the internal gaze before taking a strong flow that emphasizes big, safe heart openings.
