When you’ve been doing yoga for a long time, it doesn’t necessarily make you sweat every time. Not that it has to. Yoga’s benefits are its lengthening, strengthening, and breath/mind balancing. Every so often, it’s nice to sweat for the purification though. I set out to break a sweat here and am not totally sure it worked. Let me know if you broke a sweat (assuming that’s even a goal of yours). Be well! Stay in touch!

You’ll find:
-connecting to joy and your personal power
-knee-to-nose style core exercises
-heart opening strong standing sequences
-toe taps
-a chance to weave headstand into the flow
-an invitation to hop through a handstand vinyasa
-outer hip opening
-more core work at the end
-and more
