Here’s a lively practice that brings many elements together, including a few you’ve requested. Beginning with bellows pranayama and guided by the balance between strength & ease, we visit some powerful favorites with a spirit of “none of these really matters in the grand scheme, so why get all scrunched about it?” There are challenging shapes, for sure; but the real challenge, on the mat and in life, is to stay cool no matter what. You can expect: chin stand, an arm balance sequence (koundinyasa 1 to dwi pada to koundinyasana 2 to chin stand), side plank, wild thing.
