rolling w/ THE FLOW

This one moves in unpredictable ways. We eschew conventional movement patterns in favor of the exploratory. Roll from your back into lizard, for instance, and from down dog to eagle-legs side plank. It’s a practice about rolling with it, even when things feel uncertain. We begin with a restorative pose, and then move into such shapes as side plank variations, forearm stands, and dancer.
