OCTOBER PORTAL CRAWLERS!

Well done, my friends.

I am still tallying winners of sweatshirts, mugs, and chocolate!

Truth be told, my son has (walking) pneumonia (he’ll be okay), and my computer has gone into the shop all in the same week, so I’m a little behind on this. I truly hate excuse-making but feel close enough to you to let you know what’s going on with me at home.

You can expect to hear from me via email sometime next week if I’ll be sending you a well-deserved challenge prize!

By the way, if you ever want to try that 30 Day Challenge again, here is the class list.

FRUITION CHOCOLATE:

They were kind enough to donate chocolate bars in honor of our October challenge in the hopes that they can eek a little closer to 15K on Instagram. Please kindly give them a follow if you are so inclined — @fruitionchocolate. Thank you!

  1. I love this!! Already did day one and that Core Stability class is such a GEM, one of my favorites!
So excited for the November playlist, love it.

    1. Saturdays are OFF (your choice of course). They’re also a great opportunity for cross-training or for catching up on any missed classes!

  2. I’m loving this! Thank you.

I’’m already not a sweets person so good luck to those making a habit change! I have removed sugar over time by making my own sauces, jams, etc. and ‘shopping the perimeter’ as they say. I quit alcohol completely over a year ago. Best decision ever.
My ONE is exception a drop of sweetener in my morning coffee. Happy November!

  3. I’m all in for Adore the Core November and I am going to make a solid effort for reducing my refined sugar… none might be a stretch goal. Hope things even out and your son heals quickly Leigha. I don’t think sharing context is an excuse- we’re all humans and life gets squirrelly.

  4. Awesome! I absolutely loved the portal crawl so will definitely kick start this today! The email for the challenge ended up in my junk mail for some reason but I’m glad I saw it just in time for day one! Thanks as always Leigha 🙂

  5. I can do a no-refined-sugar November, for sure! I’m really sensitive to it and ultra processed food and am good avoiding all of it 90-something % of the time. I use glycine powder in my 1 cup of morning coffee, the only thing I need sweetened, because it helps with sleeping overall, mood, memory, and more. So, it’s worth the price. Those chocolate bars would probably be gone in one sitting, though, if I do get some, because especially dark is enough of a weakness for me to make sure not to have it around consistently. It’s partly medicinal, right? 🙂 But, I’m crossing my fingers for a sweatshirt. I broke my favorite mug last week, so one of those would even be neat.

  6. This is a great idea. Sometimes I just scroll thinking what to do and this solves all problems. Thank you, Leigha.

  7. Thank you! I’m so looking forward to continuing, all this momentum and so much learning. Here’s to a speedy recovery and some rest and relaxation for you!

  8. I am so happy to have taken part in the challenge, it was just great. I learned so much, thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful idea and the comments. All the best to you and your family, so that you all get and stay healthy.
I m lookin forward to November without sweets but yoga
    Love
