Grab two blocks for this class that emphasizes hip flexor, hamstring & shoulder opening. If you’re not a fan of precise, thorough cuing, this may not be your class (!). If, however, you’re someone whose hamstrings or hip flexors are tight, this class will really help you out!

You get a bit of a pincha (forearm stand) tutorial here too :-). Enjoy, yogis. Have a great week.

  1. I love this practice! I always come back to it. I love jumping over the block. It took a little while, but now I’m working on putting the block at a taller level. I keep jumping into it, but it’s fun!
