Rechaka pranayama begins this mindful practice, which emphasizes energy lines and the radical emptying of breath. Movement begins at about 10mins, and downdog makes its appearance at about 15mins.
Patience yields fruit, dear yogis! Some of the initial holds are super long, with precise attention to the directions in which your energy and body seals move. The result is deep strength, warmth and some pinnacle moments, like: tittibhasana to crow; an enjoyable pinnacle flow, and pigeon variants.
The emphasis on emptiness culminates in a powerful savasana. Emerge anew!
