Healing feels are just what the season calls for. I set out to create a comprehensive practice and ended up a bit more mellow than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, the class is not without its arm balances, creative wall-assisted backbending, and handstand practice.
On a personal note, it felt true to where I was this week. Self care feels so called for in this season of giving. I’m a believer that it takes bravery to step it back every now and then. In the end, it’s why you’ll sustain your practice for a lifetime.
Expect: primarily seated poses w/ some standing, balancing, arm balancing, neck work, shoulder opening, and handstand conditioning.
