Healing feels are just what the season calls for. I set out to create a comprehensive practice and ended up a bit more mellow than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, the class is not without its arm balances, creative wall-assisted backbending, and handstand practice.

On a personal note, it felt true to where I was this week. Self care feels so called for in this season of giving. I’m a believer that it takes bravery to step it back every now and then. In the end, it’s why you’ll sustain your practice for a lifetime. 

Expect: primarily seated poses w/ some standing, balancing, arm balancing, neck work, shoulder opening, and handstand conditioning. 

Find also: hip work, hamstring opening, thoracic spine opening, and development of pushing strength

  3. That was an amazing stretch. My partner who was watching from the couch commented how I made more huffs and puffs during this slow stretchy flow, than I do during fast pace ones <3 This was just what my body needed!

    I appreciate you Leigha for continuing to do these weekly videos. They are everything, Sunday isn't so scary when you have your flows to look forward to
