Beginning with kapalabhati breathing and a respectful opening, we move into a strong, heart-opening practice that takes advantage of this hemisphere’s warmth. Keeping in mind that there is no moment when yoga is not available, we move through challenging arm balance sequencing with hearts wide open and a childlike sense of play. Keep remembering: you can fall and fail and go splat but still be in your yoga! Find opportunities for handstand (or not!) and deep backbending toward the end. As always, the practice is YOURS and there is room to be fully you.
