Find a playful/challenging arm balance sequence & foot-behind-the-head PREP, with all of that fiery effort countered by a psoas release hold just shy of the 40-minute mark.
At the 41-minute mark, I give you a chance to call it a day and head into savasana. What remains is guidance into puppy press with a block plus post-savasana meditation. I’d love to hear how you do with it.
