Here is a whole-body affair! Prepare the body with pranayama and progressive movement as you build into your solid sequences, which have a creative touch here. Find a playful/challenging arm balance sequence & foot-behind-the-head PREP, with all of that fiery effort countered by a psoas release hold just shy of the 40-minute mark.

At the 41-minute mark, I give you a chance to call it a day and head into savasana. What remains is guidance into puppy press with a block plus post-savasana meditation. I’d love to hear how you do with it.

I’m always calibrating and adjusting according to your input! Have a wonderful week~

  1. This is a class that I will keep on practising to get those arm balance and inversion sequences! Challenging and fun, thank you!

  2. Today was my first tripod headstand, so I’m really happy about that. It took me years to get to crow; side crow is my next challenge. This was a really nice practice, a great way to begin the week. Thanks!

  3. Thanks for encouraging the process and progress that comes with the practice of yoga. It’s not what the pose looks like but what it feels like—my favorite pearl from you!

  4. This was such a fun class!
I’m still trying to figure out that transition from side crow to tripod headstand but was able to reverse the transitions down.

  5. I love the puppy practise at the end, although I didn’t manage to get up in the air. I have difficulty tilting my pelvis, but it has given me a new goal to practise towards.

  6. Amazing class Leigha! I had so much fun with the arm balance sequences. Every new challenge you send our way is a gift!
