My aim was to make this a practice you can turn to when you want to cover just about all of your bases. It moves at a mindful pace, and/but it moves fluidly and continuously. It felt divine. Hope it feels the same for you.
At the end, you’ll find time to practice your inversions and backbends at your pace — or to skip this in favor of savasana.
