You have the option to roll the mat up and do a practice that connects you in the realest sense to the ground beneath you. We duck traditional sequencing in favor of moving in an intuitively nourishing way. Spend time lengthening your lines, aligning the hips and legs in particular, and then playing with arm balances — including, grasshopper, baby grasshopper, and an arm balance sequence (the one on IG) which begins in a made-up pose I call elephant trunk. We practice handstanding and finish with a camel-cum-wheel. As always, it’s appropriate for many levels. There’s time enough to be fully in your own practice, backing off when necessary and ramping it up too. Love to you! Stay in touch.
How are you doing? Leave a hello in the comments 🙂
