Coming to you by request, this practices harnesses the grounding power of Earth to bring stability, balance, and steadiness. It’s a good go-to if you’re ever feeling anxious, too-amped up, or all over the place. Despite the calm reputation of the earth element, we dig deep with some twisted sitting, forward folds, and side planks. You’re invited to hold an inversion (handstand if you want) at the wall for two minutes.

It’s a practice about sticking with it, staying firm, and trusting your foundation. Playfully, we do “Insect”three ways.
