Thank you Leigha, this practice is beautiful! I have not manage to get on the mat for a few weeks and this was just perfect to get back into it. Also glad to see I was not the only one with shaking legs in the middle of it! 🙂

I came back and did this practice again! I REALLY love this one! I don’t think we’ve been doing as much thigh work leading up to it as my legs were SHAKING on this and I’ve been doing your new practice every week. I really love the thigh strength work (warriors/lunges) as that really gets my heart pumping in these COVID times where I definitely don’t even walk a mile a day. <3

Great class Leigha!. I’m a sucker for your basics practice and you hit all the right spots in this one. Reminded me of my 2 faves from the good old days: 35 min flow and go and 45 min spaciousness and joy. Perfect way to get ready for the week. I know I will be coming back to this one again and again. I was going to say something along the same lines! This practice reminded me of the ones that introduced me to you years ago on Youtube! I loved it!
same here 🙂 came out of quite a horrible night shift and it was so so hard, to get on the mat being stiff and with a headache and all. These calm classes are just perfect for such days.
