Yoga teaches that we have a chance to begin anew in every moment. Let the turn of the year inspire you to finally make that change, do that thing, accomplish that goal. And if you wane?? So what. Begin again. And again. (And again.)

This practice is a steady, whole-body session that emphasizes inner strength w/out compromising on ease. Highlights are some core-supported poses, an invitation to handstand, fish pose and little surprises along the way.
